PRICING STRATEGY
"There is a difference between being ON the market and IN the market."
~ Peter Kima
Utilizing our experience, the direction of the market, a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), a walk through the home in-person, current statistics, and timing of the market, together the seller and the listing specialist will determine a pricing strategy of the home.
Internet searches are set up in increments of $50,000 and $100,000. Keeping in mind that we want to give the home massive market exposure, often we will recommend that a home is priced directly on those increments. As an example, a home priced at $300,000 will show up in searches both between $250,000-$300,000 and $300,000 -$350,000.
There’s a difference between beingĀ ON the market and IN the market. While we believe in being aggressive in pricing a home, we would rather the seller say “no” to some offers than not receive offers at all.
There are three parts to a successful sale – Price, Condition, Location. Together, we will address all three while giving the home massive market exposure.
