This husband and father of three knows how important it is to find the right fit in a home. As a North Carolina native and seasoned real estate professional, I strive daily to exceed the expectations of my team and my clients. Having closed over $90 million in personal sales volume, and overseen an additional $90 million in sales revenue, I have been a constant top producer in Raleigh and surrounding areas where helping connect families with their next home has been my passion.
Having held various positions over the past decade in the real estate space, I am uniquely qualified to assist buyers, sellers, builders and developers in all aspects of real estate. I have worked as the Director of Training and Development for VRAI Realty (formerly The W Group), Regional Sales Manager for property-tech start up Orchard, Sales Consultant for Dan Ryan Builders, and as a general broker for some of the Triangle area’s top producing teams. These positions, along with being a mom, wife and breast cancer survivor, I am reminded daily about the intrinsic value of “home” and work diligently with my clients and my team to help our clients achieve their home ownership goals.

Maddy brings a wealth of experience from the new home construction industry, infusing our team with a fresh and valuable perspective. With a background as an operations specialist and marketing manager, Maddy has honed her skills in creating efficient and well-structured standard operational procedures. Her expertise in this area is a testament to her meticulous approach and ability to streamline processes effectively. Maddy’s diverse professional background enables her to offer unique insights and contribute to our team’s success in a dynamic and innovative manner.
Client Care Specialist
Keri brings valuable experience to the team as a licensed Realtor with a background as a Client Service Manager. One of Keris passions is helping people and real estate gives her the opportunity to do just that. Interacting with clients and being part of such a huge purchase or sale motivates her to do her best . Her attention to detail and kind spirit deliver an exceptional experience for each client.
Andrew, a former college athlete and now husband and dad of 3 boys, has taken his talents from the field to the playground and now to the office. He has lived in North Carolina since 2nd grade and is happy to now call Raleigh home. He is committed to being a positive light and ensuring he adds value in every aspect of life. Andrew has a passion for serving the community and is active in his church and a local non-profit in Raleigh. He is excited to be a part of the Kima family where he can apply his service mentality to align with your goals and objectives! He is committed to bringing his A-game everyday, so there are never any questions as to whether or not your needs are met and exceeded. A fun fact about Andrew is that he loves Taco Tuesday and if it were a holiday he would have no problem celebrating it every day!
Ozzy loves to cuddle and play. Focused on making clients feel welcome when they arrive to the office, he believes that all visitors are there to visit him. Will perform tricks for “cookies” and loves his belly rubs the most. During his free time at the office he likes to visit the office next door for free rubs and “cookies”. Most of all he enjoys playing with their dog, Barley. Ozzy advises that you do not wear black to the office…he sheds a little. Always focused on finding his next friend, you will enjoy meeting Ozzy.

Our team leader, Peter Kima, often references that his family has one contract, a Verizon contract, and that’s it. He doesn’t like contracts, but due to Commission rules and regulations, they are a necessity in the real estate industry.
There’s a lot of risk in both time and marketing dollars to list and marketing the home, and that risk falls on us. We do not charge a retainer fee like a lot of other top agents. We believe in earning your business.
One of the many values of our team is being able to reach out to more than one person. If you need to communicate with someone on our team and you can’t reach one of us, there are additional people to whom you can reach out. Our clients have access to each team member’s direct cell phone number. While we do have personal lives and kids’ baseball games on the weekends, school events, vacations, etc. (we’re humans just like you) – we do strive to have someone on the team always within reach for our clients. Feedback & Follow-Up
We get it! We understand how important it is for sellers to get real feedback and not just generic feedback that’s plugged into a computer. We dig deeper. We attempt to have conversations with the showing agents about your home. This allows both the seller and our team to adjust accordingly, if need be, to quality feedback.
Another powerful level of communication that we are highly engaged on is feedback after showings. We won’t stop asking for that feedback from the showing agents until we get it. It’s crucial for both the sellers, and us as the listing team, to have that feedback from the potential buyers and the showing agents perspectives. While some agents will let the showing system send out the emails asking for feedback and leave it at that, we will pick up the phone and call daily – sometimes multiple times a day – asking for feedback until we have an answer. As sellers, we know how important this feedback is, whether there is potential interest or not.
